Unit rental

The rental process has already started. The interest is very high and many entrepreneurs already want to make a reservation for a unit. Interested parties include also local entrepreneurs who are interested. Registrations come from all over Germany and the Netherlands, among others Amsterdam, Eindhoven and Maastricht. This shows a lot about the appeal and magnitude of the indoor market. Currently there are more than 380 candidates registered who are willing to rent a single or even multiple units.

Increasing your sales area / attracting purchasing power from Germany. 

The World bazar has great appeal to visitors from outside the region. If you settle on the indoor market, it enables you to benefit from the scale of the project and your sales area will significantly increase. The indoor market will attract visitors from outside the region (radium about 150 km). Because of this it will mean a substantial increase of the sales area of the entrepreneur who will rent a unit. Normally your main sales distribution of daily and non-daily goods is an area of around 35 km, so this means a large expansion of your normal sales territory. A lot of German tourists are expected to visit this indoor market, which is housed in a sustainable and prominent building.

Through this form you can make a reservation (without obligation) for a unit. The rental department of “De Wereld Bazar OG b.v.” will contact you as soon as possible after submitting the form.

Prices

Prices of the units per month amounts to:

Rental agreement 

The first rental agreement is for a period of 2 years. A three-month deposit is required at the start of the rental period. In case of termination of the rental contract, the unit must be left in the same condition as it was found at the start of the contract.

Unit 

The unit consists out of walls, a ceiling, and a shutter. It is possible to customize the unit with, for example, dressing rooms or frameworks for clothes. Changes in the unit have to be indicated and submitted for approval within the rental contract. The possible additional costs are on account of the entrepreneur. The costs can be kept low because off the scale and numbers of the units and the available technical staff at the site. It is not permitted to make changes on your own.

Security 

The site and the indoor market will be monitored during the week, 24-hours a day for 7 days. In addition, every evening you close your own unit with a shutter.

Visiting hours 

The World Bazar will be open on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 9.00 am to 17.00 pm.

Loading and unloading will take place from 8:00 am to 9:00 am.

SME friendly 

An extension to your existing sales area and an increase of the number of customers.

The project is SME friendly. The existing entrepreneur in the region can rent a unit at this indoor market. In this way they can profit from trends and developments as ‘leisure’ and ‘buying as a derivative’. The indoor market will help you as an entrepreneur to stay alive in these difficult times, by broaching a new market. It is our goal to create economic growth and employment.
